MEET EMELITA
Emelita immigrated from the Philippines 31 years ago and retired from teaching in Texas after 22 years. After becoming eligible for Medicare herself and finding it difficult to navigate and understand, she decided to become a licensed insurance agent to gain the knowledge and experience necessary to help as many Medicare beneficiaries as she can. In her spare time Emelita likes to garden and make rosaries to give to away to friends and family. She is fluent in Tagalog and makes a delicious turon and pansit!
